About the project
A number of smaller apps have grown up around one Twitch channel. Some run in OBS as browser sources, the rest are websites for viewers.
- A hub for the community with forms, links and competitions.
- A prize wheel and mini-games: spins for donations and subscriptions, bets, loans and investments in channel points, sponsor of the month and a countdown. The data comes from StreamElements; a PHP daemon listens to their WebSocket and stores the events.
- Syselo: a social media overlay with a choice of position, order and animations for entering, leaving and idling, with settings profiles and import and export.
- Sub Canvas: a Nette app with a shared pixel canvas. Viewers earn tiles with subscriptions and gifted subscriptions, which the app receives through Twitch EventSub. The canvas comes with a boss raid, bingo and slot machines.
- Tasks for viewers with Twitch sign-in, proof uploads, approval in an admin and the option to swap a task for channel points.
- A donation page with card payments through Stripe or PayPal and a list of the top donors.
- Grace, a pixel-art cat for the stream, is described separately.
